I don’t think there’s a thing where all the people from the Godfather get together and meet people who like the film, or everyone from The Outsiders, or everyone from Pretty in Pink. These films have huge fan bases, but there isn’t a place for them to come together. So there’s something about the horror genre that creates this sense of community, which is really great.
